Ajax DoorProtect Wireless opening detector notifies first signs of room intrusion by means of a broken door or window.

  • Works up to 1,200 metres from Ajax Hub in open space or across several floors of a business centre
  • Allows connection to a third-party hard-wired opening detector
  • Two-way communication with Ajax Hub allows for periodic testing and customisation
  • Saves energy by regulating power consumption based on the distance from Ajax Hub.
  • Includes two magnets: The big magnet is installed at a distance of up to 2 cm, and the small magnet is up to 1 cm.
  • Includes magnets of various sizes for installation on narrow frames and door frames

Jeweller radio Technology

AJAX uses Jeweller wireless radio technology to communicate from the Hub to the various sensors. Range to 1700m depending on conditions and obsticales, or up to 30km using REX range extender

Battery Life

The Hubs are mains powered (with 10 hours battery backup) while the sensors have a battery life of 4 to 7 years depending on settings.

Batteries can then be recharged / replaced
